Dreamland Mattress Warranty

1.What is covered by Dreamland limited warranty?

  • All Dreamland mattress carry a limited local warranty against manufacturing defects from the date or purchase please refer to original warranty card on the length of warranty.
  • This warranty applies only to genuine structural defects in the mattress pertaining to workmanship and spring coil defects.
  • The Warranty period is only valid at the country of purchase to the first/original purchaser of the Product. The purchaser shall furnish the proof of purchase with the original receipt to us and this warranty is not transferrable.
  • For the first year upon the date of delivery, Dreamland will at its option, replace or repair a Dreamland mattress due to manufacturing defects, at no charge (excluding transportation charges).
  • Should any manufacturing defects develop after the first year, any repair will be charged on a prorated basis based on 1/10th of the current retail price multiplied by the number of years used, plus transportation charges
  • This warranty covers the following specific manufacturing faults under conditions of normal wear. E.g.: Coils or wires that are loosen or broken, Mattress sagging that is more than 40mm. Coils or wires that protrude or tear through any fabric.
  • Dreamland spring mattress only able to carry the weight up to 100 Kg. If we found out that the mattress defected due to overweight. The warranty for Dreamland Mattress will be automatically voided.

 2.What is covered by Dreamland limited warranty?

  • Dreamland will not be held responsible for repairs done outside of our factory.
  • Customer’s preference with regards to firmness or comfort or mattress does not cover under manufacturer’s warranty fault.
  • All mattress will show body indentations as the upholstery settles. This does not constitute a manufacturing fault. The upholstery is intended to provide cushioning and body indentations is unavoidable, body indentations of 1.5 inch or 40 mm or less height loss is considered as normal.
  • Dreamland Mattress may take up to 30 nights for your body to adjust to the feel and support of a new sleep system.
  • In the event of a natural calamity, the Dreamland Warranty does not cover mattress defects. This limited warranty does not cover any bedding that has been soiled or burned, or has received obvious physical abuse or improper care to the fabric. The manufacturer reserves the right not to handle and items for repair if, in our opinion, they are in an unsanitary condition.
  • The limited warranty also does not apply to bedding that has been worn out due to abnormal use, and wear and tear over the years.
  • This warranty excluded individual customer’s comfort, fair wear and tear, negligent usage, rough handling, improper care or maintenance.
  • Those Bedding sold “as is”, or floor samples, or bedding purchased from second hand parties, non-retail establishments or received as a promotional item are not valid

 3.Transportation Charges for Mattress Inspection. 

  • The cost of transportation for repair is to be borne by the buyer.
  • If Dreamland determines that there is no manufacture problem, there will be a service charge plus a transportation charge.

4.Availability of Identical Materials. 

  • Dreamland reserves the rights to substitute covering materials of equal quality, but not necessarily the same design or colour.

5.Warranty for Dreamland Bedset

  • Dreamland reserves the rights to substitute covering materials of equal quality, but not necessarily the same design or colour.
  • The limited warranty does not cover fair wear and tear for bedset.

6.Dos 

  • DO Rotate your mattress every 3 months, this will promote even wear (For non-flip mattress)
  • DO use and appropriate frame with centre support on Queen and King size sets to ensure validation of your warranty.
  • DO keep your bedding clean and use a mattress protector. Stain, soiling, fluid penetration or other signs of abuse may invalidate the warranty and make your bedding ineligible for repair and replacement.
  • Do placed Dreamland Mattress on a flat surface using the proper divan/base.

7.Dont’s

  • DON’T remove the law tag at the end of your mattress at this has the identification needed to establish your warranty rights.
  • Don’t bend excessively or jump on your mattress under any circumstances. Such treatment may damage the mattress, box spring, foundation box. Normal use on an adjustable base is permitted with an adjustable approved mattress.
  • Don’t use cleaning fluids on your mattress. The chemicals may damage some of the materials.
  • Don’t allow your mattress to get wet. Any liquids, water or other fluid mat damage upholstery causing materials to compress. Dreamland recommends that you protect your mattress from water and other liquid with a water proof mattress pad/mattress protector.
  • Don’t lift your mattress by the handles (if included). Handles are designed to position the mattress only.
  • Don’t smoke or use candle around the bed. This is the common cause of fatal fire.

What's Cover under Dreamland Warranty?
  • Spring coil or wires defects
  • Defects that directly affect the performance of the mattress.
What's Not Cover under Dreamland Warranty?
  • Mattress fabric (including stains, burns, pilling due to human-made)
  • Customer preferences to firmness or comfort
  • Body indentation that less than 1.5 inches or 40mm
  • Handles (where fitted) – Handles shouldn’t be utilized to hold the entire weight of the mattress; rather, these handles should just be used to position the mattress.
  • Mattress in unsanitary condition
  • Damage due to abuse
  • Natural calamity (soiled or burned)
  • Mattress that sold “as is” or floor samples
  • Damage to mattresses as a result of an inadequate foundation. (A matching Dreamland foundation must be utilized with a Dreamland mattress for maximum performance. The warranty may be invalidated if the mattress sustains damage as a result of being used with a non-Dreamland foundation.)
  • Small production flaws that don’t affect the bed’s performance (eg. mis-stitching on quilting).
  • Damage due to improper storage. Dreamland mattresses should be stored flat.
  • New bed or mattress smell/odour
  • Mattresses made of viscoelastic foam might experience feel variations depending on the surronding temperature.
